Discover the art of baking artisanal sourdough bread!

Join us at Anthus Midland on Saturday, April 20th from 4-6pm for our first ever public sourdough class! Discover the art of sourdough baking and enjoy the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods. Whether you are a seasoned baker or a curious beginner, this is the perfect opportunity to savor our delicious creations and learn the ins and outs of sourdough. Participants are immersed in the art of creating tangy, crusty loaves using only three ingredients: water, flour, and salt. We will learn the intricate process of fermenting wild yeast, caring for your starter, and achieving the perfect texture in your loaf through careful kneading and proofing techniques. Participants leave the class with all the essentials to bake your own loaf, from home as well as a mixed up loaf ready for to bulk proof.
